By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.

3. Shipping and fulfilment

It takes 3-4 weeks to prepare and dispatch your order. Shockwave suits are made to order so we do not hold any inventory. We start the assembly of your suit only after we receive your order. In case there is a delay in assembly/ dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances we will update you regarding the same via your registered e-mail. In case you wish to inquire about the status of your order please write to us at support@shockwavesuit.com mentioning your order number.​

4. Product Information

  • Delivery:  Shockwave suits are made to order, which means we hardly hold any inventory. We start preparing the orders as we receive them. While we provide an approximate delivery date, the actual delivery may occur earlier or later depending on component availability.

  • Product Description: We aim to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our Shockwave Haptic Suit. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, and specifications of the product will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

  • Handcrafted Nature: The suits are primarily handstitched and custom-made, which may result in minor inconsistencies with design or stitching. These cosmetic inconsistencies do not amount to product malfunction or 'product not as expected.' Only technical issues will be considered for warranty or replacement.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an Order: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 72 hours, the order processing begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Payment: All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but serves as an acknowledgment of your order.

  • Sizing: Please carefully review the sizing chart before placing your order. We are not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect sizing. If you need a different size after receiving the product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.

  • Shipping: We strive to dispatch orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. The delivery fee charged on the website is not final; some locations may incur an additional Remote Area Charge (RAC) by our delivery partner, DHL. If your delivery location falls under RAC, you will be required to pay the extra charges before we can dispatch your item.

  • Import Taxes and Duties: We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties that your country may charge for the import of the item.

6. Pricing and Availability

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

  • Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of the product. In case of unavailability, after you have placed your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • a) Refund: You are eligible for a refund if you cancel the order within 72 hours of placing it. A payment gateway charge of 3.5% will be deducted from all refunds.

  • b) Exchange: Customers are eligible for a free exchange under the following conditions:

    • The customer received a size other than what was ordered.

    • The product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

    • The product malfunctions during use (subject to assessment by our technical team).

    Please note that these issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product via email to be eligible for an exchange.

8. Warranty and Technical Support

  • Warranty: Our Shockwave Haptic Suit comes with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Functionality and Compatibility: The Shockwave Suit is a hardware product that relies on multiple software synchronizations for optimal performance. The suit is compatible only with the apps/games mentioned on our website. We do not claim responsibility for issues arising from the use of the suit with third-party apps or software not listed on our site. For issues with functionality in third-party games or apps, please contact our support team.

  • Headset Compatibility: Please check the compatibility of your headset with the suit for different games/apps before placing an order.

  • Replacement Policy: In case the product is not functioning as expected or a hardware failure arises, you will be eligible for a replacement after an online inspection by our technical team. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of [ShockwaveSuit.com] and is protected by intellectual property laws.
