Returns and Refunds

a) Refund: You are eligible for a refund if you cancel the order within 72 hours of placing it. A payment gateway charge of 3.5% will be levied on all refunds.

b) Returns/Exchange: Customers are eligible for a free exchange under the following conditions:

• The customer received a size other than what was ordered.

• The product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

• The product malfunctions during use (subject to assessment by our technical team).

Please note that these issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product via email to be eligible for an exchange.
